No. AI prepares a decision and shows it in full: what will happen, who is affected, for what amount. The action runs only after your confirmation, and the log keeps who approved it and when. Without you, the system does only what cannot be left undone: it pulls a car with an expired insurance policy off the line and runs the recurring payments under an already signed agreement. ### We keep everything in a spreadsheet, and it kind of works While you have fewer than twenty cars — it works. Beyond that the spreadsheet stops answering the question "what is on fire right now": which car has been standing for a third day, who has not paid, whose insurance is about to expire. We do not replace the spreadsheet — we remove the need to keep all of this in your head. ### Does migrating the data take long?
