Your vehicle rental fleet — under control
The whole vehicle rental fleet in one app. A single profitability dashboard: how much the fleet earned, what ate into profit, which cars are on the road, and which drivers owe. Open your phone at seven in the morning — and you know everything about the fleet you would otherwise learn by noon.
Free up to 3 cars. No card required. Import from a spreadsheet in 10 minutes.
More than 10 fleet owners keep everything under control in fleeTau
The driver sees their balance due on their own — and stops calling the manager
The web workspace opens from a link, no app to install. Balance, payment calendar, traffic fines, and bonuses update in real time — from the same system the fleet runs on. There is nothing to argue about: both sides see the same numbers.
- Balance duea line-by-line breakdown and the time left before late fees
- Calendarwhat is paid, what is overdue, what is ahead
- Traffic finesclosed and open, with date and amount
- Bonusesfor weeks with no overdue payments
- Paymentby card, in two taps, without leaving the workspace
Opens from a link — no app to install
The driver gets a link by SMS and signs in with a code: no app store, no password, no registration. The workspace runs on an old phone and on a weak network — the last known state stays on screen even when the connection drops. The driver picks their own interface language, independent of the fleet’s language.
Reminders arrive on their own — by SMS and WhatsApp
A balance due does not pile up in silence: the system messages the driver when a payment fails, when a traffic fine arrives, and when hours remain before late fees start. The payment link is in the same message — the driver can pay without opening the workspace.

Unclear — ask. Not enough — bring in a person
A line-by-line breakdown of the balance due, each line linked to a source document: an inspection photo, a traffic fine receipt, a clause of the rental agreement. If the question is not one for a bot, the driver calls a manager into the same chat — and the manager sees the whole conversation and the full calculation, no retelling needed.
Every question the driver answers for themselves is one call your manager never got.
Four jobs the AI assistant does for you
Not “smart suggestions” — four functions with a verifiable result: it enters traffic fines, notices when a driver has changed, shows where the managers’ work is leaking, and warns about money before it runs out. Every line comes with a reason, an amount, and a link to the source document.
Enters traffic fines before the discount is lost
It reads the citation from a photo, a scan, or an export file, finds the driver by the time of the violation, and re-bills the amount to them. It counts money, not manager time: half off the fine for early payment, the appeal deadline, the reassignment deadline.
It enters traffic fines up to 20,000 ₸ on its own when the driver is identified unambiguously. Everything disputable goes to a review queue sorted by time remaining.
Notices when a person has changed
Not a star rating: a good driver’s score barely moves in years. The assistant compares a driver with themselves two weeks ago — payments, mileage, traffic fines, the car’s condition at return. The one who always pays two days late is a norm, not an alarm.
Improvement is as much a signal as decline. The driver sees the same numbers about themselves in their own workspace — and before the manager does.
Shows where the work is leaking
On 50 cars, money is lost not to drivers but in the gaps: a 40-second inspection with no photos, a discount with no grounds, a car sitting for a week because everyone forgot about it. Every number comes paired with quality — otherwise the metric gets gamed.
Not a best-to-worst ranking — deviations. If a one-minute inspection is everyone’s norm, the checklist is at fault, not the people, and the assistant will say exactly that. Each employee sees their own panel.
Warns before the money runs out
Not charts you have to know how to read — a warning in one format: what happened, by how much, by what date, and what to do about it. If there is no action to take, the warning is not shown.
It costs a car at the full cost of ownership: repairs, idle time, the partner’s share, insurance. Revenue without costs makes a car that is eating the fleet look “profitable”.
Not a single amount in a suggestion comes from the neural network — it reads documents and explains the numbers, while plain code does the counting and the deciding. The assistant prepares the whole action: the message text, the amount, the entry in the rental agreement. A new charge, a deduction, or a rate change goes into effect only with your confirmation.
The fleet grows, and you become the bottleneck
At 20 cars the spreadsheet still holds. At 35 it does not: you remember everything, answer everyone and lose money where you cannot see it.
No single picture of the fleet
A forty-tab Google Sheets file; who drives what lives in the manager’s head.
per car per month
Rent is collected by hand
Messenger reminders, eyeballing bank statements, the eternal week of "I’ll transfer it tomorrow".
overdue
Damage disputes with no evidence
Photos on the manager’s phone, "it was / it wasn’t", the deposit does not work as an argument.
Partners cannot see their cars
One number in a messenger once a month. Trust rests on personal relationships, not on data.
the fleet cannot scale
Three sides — one loop
Fleet maintenance systems know nothing about rentals. Classic rent-a-car software knows nothing about rideshare. Nobody gives the vehicle owner a workspace. fleeTau is the intersection.
Provides the car
Sees revenue, utilization, condition and the payout — like a brokerage account.
Partner workspaceOperates
Cars, drivers, agreements, money, maintenance, traffic fines.
Admin panel + field panelDrives and pays
Sees the amount, the due date and what was charged for. Pays from the phone.
Driver workspaceOperations, money and evidence
Vehicle registry
Statuses, documents with expiry dates, mileage, maintenance. Insurance expired — the car is pulled off the line automatically.
Onboarding and verification
Application, documents, verification, a signed agreement. From application to the wheel in hours, not days.
Handover with a photo inspection
Six angles, a body diagram, a finger signature. Opens by link on any phone — no app to install.
Invoices, deposits, auto-charge
Scheduled charges, card payments, late fees and escalation. A deposit deduction — only with a photo as grounds.
Find their driver
Import, matching the violation time against the active agreement, re-billing. Minutes instead of weeks.
New damage is visible at once
The system compares the return inspection with the handover and highlights the difference. A dispute turns into a report.
Four rental types, not four systems
A rental type is a pricing setting, not a separate module. One fleet rents a car to a tourist for the weekend and to a taxi driver for a week without switching systems.
Tourists and one-off rentals. A public fleet catalog, online booking, the deposit is held on the card and never charged.
Taxi and ride-hailing drivers — Yandex Go, Uber, DiDi. Rent is charged every Monday, insurance and maintenance included, unlimited mileage.
Individuals and companies. A monthly agreement from three months, a discount for the term, a mileage cap with paid overage.
The driver buys the car out step by step. Part of every payment goes toward the buyout, the accumulated share is visible in the workspace and is not lost when the rent is overdue.
Partners bring cars when they see the numbers
The vehicle owner opens their workspace and sees revenue, utilization, condition and the exact payout calculation — with every line drilling down to the source document. One car can be bought jointly: stakes are set in shares, and every co-owner sees the whole distribution.
That is what makes an owner comfortable handing the car over to the fleet: they stop asking "so how much did my car earn" — and bring a second one.
View the partner workspaceRun the numbers on your fleet
The calculation is deliberately conservative: we count only a one-quarter reduction in downtime. Recovered overdue rent, uncollected damages and the manager’s saved time are not included.

Autopark for 30 cars is 40 500 ₸ per month. Per car that is 1 500 ₸: about three hours of that car’s own rent at a daily rate of 12 000 ₸.
What people usually ask
Will AI charge money or pull a car off the line on its own?
No. AI prepares a decision and shows it in full: what will happen, who is affected, for what amount. The action runs only after your confirmation, and the log keeps who approved it and when. Without you, the system does only what cannot be left undone: it pulls a car with an expired insurance policy off the line and runs the recurring payments under an already signed agreement.
We keep everything in a spreadsheet, and it kind of works
While you have fewer than twenty cars — it works. Beyond that the spreadsheet stops answering the question "what is on fire right now": which car has been standing for a third day, who has not paid, whose insurance is about to expire. We do not replace the spreadsheet — we remove the need to keep all of this in your head.
Does migrating the data take long?
Import of cars and drivers from CSV with a preview: the system shows what it will create and where the errors are before it writes anything. A typical fleet of 20–30 cars is set up in half an hour. We help with migration for free.
Our staff will never use this
The handover panel is a separate phone-first screen: the task list for the day, a checklist, the camera, a finger signature. A full handover with six photos and two signatures takes about four minutes. It opens by link, nothing to install; a connection is required — offline mode arrives after stage one.
Will partners see my drivers?
No. The vehicle owner sees the economics of their own car: revenue, expenses, utilization, condition. The driver is shown anonymized — "John D., rating 4.8, since May 12". No phone, no full name, no documents. Your client base stays yours.
You are a startup — what if you shut down?
All your data can be exported in one click at any moment, including inspection photos. If you stop paying, access switches to read-and-export mode instead of being blocked. We do not hold data hostage.
Does it work in my country?
A country is a set of settings: currency, tax, mandatory documents, payment and traffic fine providers. The Kazakhstan pack is ready. About any other country we answer plainly what the local provider can do and what it cannot, and we do not promise the latter. If your country is not there yet — write to us, we will name a date.
