Cookies and browser storage
This page is short because there is almost nothing to tell: we have no advertising or analytics cookies. Everything fleeTau puts in your browser is needed for the service to work, not for surveillance — and is listed below by name.
Why we have no cookie banner
There are no third-party scripts, tracking pixels, embedded iframes, or CDN fonts on the site or in the workspaces — this is a product invariant, not today's state that will change tomorrow. The fonts live on our server; the pages make no requests to foreign domains.
There is no third-party analytics: no Google Analytics, no Yandex Metrica, no social network pixels. There is nobody to set third-party cookies — so there is nothing for a banner to warn about.
What the fleetau.com site stores
The site sets no cookies at all. One record is kept in the browser's localStorage — the chosen theme, light or dark, so we do not ask on every visit. It is not sent to the server and does not identify you in any way.
What the workspaces store
The fleet, driver, partner, and owner workspaces set two cookies — they are your sign-in:
- fa_at
- the access token: confirmation that you are signed in. It lives until the token expires and is renewed automatically.
- fa_rt
- the refresh token: it extends your sign-in so you do not enter the password on every page. It lives up to seven days, after which you need to sign in again.
- localStorage
- small conveniences: the theme, what you signed in with last time — email or phone — so you do not type it again, and in the driver workspace also the address of their fleet and the draft of the claim about money handed over, so that what was typed on a poor connection is not lost. All of this stays in your browser and does not amount to a tracking profile.
How these cookies are protected
Both sign-in cookies are set with the SameSite=Strict restriction — the browser does not send them on navigation from other sites — and on a secure connection they are marked Secure. When you sign out of the workspace, they are deleted.
About advertising
There is never advertising in the workspaces. On the public site it is permitted, but there is none now; if it appears — without targeting: the ad request will carry nothing about you, your fleet, or your plan.
How to manage this
Cookies and localStorage can be cleared with browser tools at any moment. The consequences are honest: the chosen theme is lost and you will have to sign in to the workspace again. If you block cookies entirely, the site keeps working, but signing in to the workspaces becomes impossible — there is nowhere to keep the session.
Status of this document
This page was written by the operator of the service, and the list above is exhaustive: it is maintained together with the code, not apart from it. The operator of the service is named on the "Terms of use" page.
The document acquires legal force after review by a lawyer. Until then it remains an accurate description of what the service puts in the browser, and in the event of a discrepancy, a direct agreement between us and you takes priority.

What people usually ask
Why is there no cookie banner?
Because there are no cookies of the kind banners warn about: no advertising ones, no analytics ones, no third-party ones. The two workspace cookies are your sign-in to the system; without them the service simply does not work.
Do you use Google Analytics or social network pixels?
No. There are no third-party scripts on the site or in the workspaces at all, and this is verified rather than taken on faith: open the developer tools in your browser and see where the requests go. They go only to our domains.
What happens if I block cookies?
The site keeps working in full. Signing in to the workspaces does not: there is nowhere to keep the session. The localStorage records are not critical: without them the theme is lost and the sign-in form stops pre-filling what you signed in with last time.
In doubt — check
Open the developer tools on any of our pages and look at the network requests. Everything you see is described above. Questions — hello@fleetau.com.
